• Entry level position for professional activity ultimately leading to a supervisory/managerial role
• Traineeship rotates across corporate areas over a three year programme
• Areas to be covered: BA/BD; Contracts; F&A; HR/HRD; HSE; Legal & Insurance; Logistics; P&M; Quality
• Under direct supervision, responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of project assignments designed to deliver professional and/or technical work knowledge
• Exercises some judgement on detail of assigned project work Under supervision makes changes, amendments, offers alternative solutions
• Responsible for administration of data (manual and electronic) whilst ensuring its accuracy and compliance
• Maximises use of Information Systems to ensure delivery of accurate and timely information
• Participates in Regional and Global initiatives as and when required
• Develops self and encourages development of others

Qualifications and Education

• Skills typically acquired through an undergraduate degree or formal qualification in Business Management, Organisational Behaviour, Law or related field
• Undertaking continuing education leading toward membership of an appropriate recognised
• Entry level position leading to a professional role
