• Responsible to coordinate all kind of logistics arrangements for one specific rig of the company, including employees and third parties
• Purchasing national and international tickets – Crew Changes
• Hotel Bookings
• Events / Seminar / Conferences /Meetings
• Employees Register at Company and client’s system - SAP and Petrobras system
• Register of employees / third parties and electrical equipments through this system – Process of generate RTs
• Booking of courses/ medical and hotel reservations
• Responsible to accompany visa process and register in Brazil for all expats ( employees and third parties ) working on the rig;
• Provide direct assistance to rig managers
• Control and organization of spreadsheets and reports
• Assistance to suppliers and customers
• Fluent English
