Oportunidade para Multinacional de petróleo situada em Botafogo/RJ.

MATERIALS MANAGEMENT ANALYST (temp. 6 meses podendo ser prorrogado por mais 6)

Qualification requirements:

· University degree in supply chain management or logistics.

· Experience from projects and operation.

· Fluent in English.

Key tasks, responsibilities and deliverables:

FOR OPERATIONS & DRILLING

· Evaluate if necessary and perform establishment of material master data and service master data for contract items.

· Maintain steering parameters for re-ordering of stocked materials. Adjust steering parameters if Plant Integrity re-analyses criticality.

· Maintain material data when changes are made, models are replaced. Modify material that were not coded by project, check documentation.

· When a material is taken out of the warehouse, a planned order is generated. Planned orders <20.000>20.000 NOK go to Material Administrator for evaluation of need. Check against ongoing repair orders.

· Coordinate disposal of surplus material.

· Participate in contract teams and establishment of framework agreements (FA) for stocked materials, create material master data, ensure links between material master data and FA items, facilitate use of requisitioning tools such as work order, eBob and eCatalogue.

· Upon request verify material management within major contractors.

· Assist procurement responsible to determine if Outline Agreement should be published in SAP or in catalogue depending on contract items, requirement for MRP, users, etc.

· Quality control product data from suppliers for establishment and amendment of outline agreements.

FOR MODIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

· Establishment of material master data and BOMs.

· Coordinate spare part evaluation.

· Set correct steering parameters in SAP for each material.

· Assist engineers to decide if material shall be stocked at vendor, base or offshore.

· First time requisitioning of operational spares.

· Insert requirements to certifications and inspections on the material number in SAP.
