Mechanic Technician

General Job Summary:

Carry out maintenance activities, including machinery and equipment related to the Operations and Catering Departments, and emergency equipment. Ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all plant and machinery.

Align and couple rotating machines and drivers.

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine parts; repairing and/or substituting pieces damaged or worn.

Effect the repair of plant and machinery after failure.

Coordinate and co-operate with the OIM and other departments,

Ensure the Permit to Work (PTW) system is adhered to and that all isolations to plant and machinery are in compliance with the company Isolation Philosophy.

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent.

Mandatory : CREA , Tech Degree.

ELECTRIC TECHNICIAN-RJ

General Job Summary:

Ensure the safe and efficient functioning of emergency plant, equipment and machinery. Manage the maintenance and records of safety critical elements.

Thorough knowledge of the Electricity at Work Regulations and the IEE Wiring Regulations.

Knowledge of the company Maintenance Philosophy, AMOS maintenance system, Safety Critical Elements (SCEs), and the Combined Written Scheme for Examination and Verification of SCEs

Thorough knowledge of the PTW system and risk assessment procedures.

Thorough understanding of electrical systems, and of inspection and maintenance routines for electrical plant and equipment.

Understanding of production and marine systems, including the principles of all hydrocarbon systems and their safety critical interfaces and dependencies.

Ensure proper handovers during shift change.

Coordinate and co-operate with the OIM and other departments,

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

General Job Summary:

Perform maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all instrumentation and control systems.

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment of Tele / data and all electrical equipment on board to maintain efficiency of operations and ensure stable and secure operation of systems of Tele / data. Perform relevant tasks to maintenance of all equipment and automation systems / Electrical / Electronics. Making regular rounds checking the areas of machinery and attachment of equipment on deck and report any perceived defect. Assist in the rectification of all defects known. Assist in other tasks as requested by the E & I Lead.

Maintain control of stock of parts and electrical equipment, ensuring the proper organization and immediate. Ensure the rational and economical use of equipment and spares. Report on a continuous schedule of work, updating of work, consumption of spares and consumables and needs for the purchase of Electrical Supervisor. Ensure effective communication within the Department of Maintenance and coordinate and cooperate with the Superintendent of terminal and other departments, ensuring that they are aware of the activities of
maintenance. Ensure that the system of permission to work (PTW) is met and that all isolates in plant and machinery are in line with the philosophy of Isolation of company

LAB TECHNICIAN

General Job Summary:

Responsible to Carry out the routine and non routine sampling and analysis of Process Fluids, Chemicals and Products.

Report results of laboratory analysis and field trials to the Production Supervisor and Lead CCRO identifying all anomalies at the time of reporting.

Maintain Adequate stocks of Laboratory Chemicals, materials and Test Equipment is maintained and calibrated with any certification required in compliance with Policies, Procedures, Health Safety and Environment MS.

Manage the stocks of all associated Process chemicals ensuring reordering in a timely manner

CRANE OPERATOR

General Job Summary:

Conduct any crane operations safely and efficiently.

Responsible for all lifting operations on board. Ensure proper operation, inspection, cleaning and general maintenance of cranes. General deck tasks, cleaning and general planning of maintenance of equipment deck.
Assist the Supervisor in maintaining current stock of straps, shackles, hoists and hoist equipment in use (in accordance with the Code of Color), reporting any defects or requirements to the Superintendent of the Marine Unit. Perform routine checks of cranes, as the direction of Supervisor deck in cooperation with the Department of Maintenance Ensure that lifting operations are carried out within the parameters established by regulatory authorities, the Operations Manual of the Navy company, requirements determination and management of safety and
the corporate company Maintain communication with other departments in regard to the priorities of work and operational requirements to minimize delays. Ensure that all staff work as deck run safely and responsibly. Must be familiar with the policies of the HSE company and understand the functions of emergency response to the designated.

Ensure that all marine personnel: Are familiar with company HS&E policies; Understand their emergency response duties and that company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy is clearly understood as well as the HSEQ MS Roles and Responsibilities.
