As Base Manager, your key responsibilities are managing budgets and negotiation of contracts with local vendors, manpower, logistics, procurement and materials management for the offshore vessels. At a peak, you may be responsible for manpower allocation for up to 50 crew personnels. You will manage offshore vessels remotely from office though there will be some travel to the vessels from time to time.

To secure this role, you must be Fluent in Portuguese Language and ideally have good working knowledge in Brazil. You will have minimum 10 – 15 years experience in a similar role previously, managing offshore vessels from onshore office and ideally possess a Degree qualification. You will be a good leader and have excellent communication skills.
