Division includes Drilling and Completion Fluids , Solids Control & Waste Management and, Power Generation.

Position is responsible for all business activities in Brazil. To include the following:

- Sourcing and developing ne w client contracts;

- Negotiating contracts and subsequently carrying out the contracts;

- Lead the company in sound business decisions;

- Frequent travel to visit the companies bases of operation;

- Country Manager is required to lead the division in compliance with corporate policies.

A successful candidate will be a hands on manager with the ability to delegate task and with the ability to professionally develop junior managers. Commercial contacts in significant potential clients like Petrobras and IOC ?s are important. Engineering and MBA degree, fluent in English and Portuguese, and a solid oilfield experience is required.

Our client provides products and services to the oil and gas industry.

Reporting to the Operations Director, your main responsib ilities will include:

Manage the design of new a PCP system and processes to improve efficiencies in the current production processes and the introduction of new products;

Organising plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time and profits;

Oversee the stock levels and coordinate the correct volume of stock;

Resolve any issues that relate to delays in production, schedules or delivery time to theproduction, schedules or delivery time to the client;

Prepare documentation related to production sequences, transportation, personnel schedules, and purchase, maintenance, and repair orders.

We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with progressively responsible production/fabrication experience within the industry or other relevant industries. Good analytical capability, leadership skills, and interpersonal comm unication will be essential for this role.
