Weathford offers a training program for its field engineers which last about 36 months. During this period you will learn about different services provided by the Wireline services and will be promoted from a Junior Field Engineer to a General Field Engineer.

Description
We are looking for young professionals to work in the demanding Oil & Gas Service market and to be the Weatherford representative in front of the client and help them in their quest for the Hydrocarbon extraction. I this role you are at the front line of companies operations and take responsibility of multi million dollar projects.
Weatherford thrives for Enterprise Excellence and as a Wireline Field Engineer you are required to manage, lead and motivate your crew, to ensure Operational Excellence through out your field career.
Weathford offers a training program for its field engineers which last about 36 months. During this period you will learn about different services provided by the Wireline services and will be promoted from a Junior Field Engineer to a General Field Engineer.
Once a General Field Engineer you are presented with a wealth of career options which only Weatherford with it's depth of Product and Services and it's international reach to all the countries that have Oil and Gas Activity can provide.
Qualifications
- A BSc Degree or above in engineering or science decsipline
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Petroleum Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Highly motivated individuals with strong leadership skills
- Technically strong with strong common sense and trouble shooting skills
- Previous Field experience an advantage but not necessary
